I’ve worked with many adults going through tough emotional times—things like anxiety, low mood, stress, low self-esteem, health issues, grief, and big life changes. I focus on building a genuine connection with the people I work with, meeting them where they’re at, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel understood and supported. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and always tailored to what each person needs. I use evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, CFT, and EMDR to help people move toward meaningful change.
