Appointments are held during the daytime on Mondays and Thursdays and on a Tuesday evening.
I accept insurance cover from Bupa, Vitality, WPA and Aviva. If you are covered by an insurer not listed here, please let me know and I can contact them directly.

Exceptions
Please note that this is not an emergency or crisis service. I am unable to offer support to individuals who are currently experiencing active suicidal thoughts or are at significant risk of harm to themselves.
In these situations, it’s important to seek immediate help from crisis services, your GP, or by attending your nearest Accident & Emergency department.
