Behavioural Therapy & Parental Support

I use behavioural therapy to help children and families understand and manage emotional and behavioural challenges in a practical, supportive way. Using approaches that are backed by clinical evidence, such as the Webster-Stratton Incredible Years programme, I work alongside parents to strengthen positive parenting skills, improve communication, and reduce conflict at home.

This type of therapy focuses on identifying helpful strategies, reinforcing positive behaviours, and building stronger, more connected relationships between parents and children. It’s especially helpful for families navigating difficulties like anxiety, low mood, or challenging behaviour, and is always tailored to suit the needs of each child and family.
