I have a special interest and extensive experience in supporting both adults and teenagers who are living with anxiety. It’s something I really care about, and I bring both in-depth knowledge and genuine compassion to my work. I know that anxiety isn’t just about feeling worried or stressed, it can touch every part of your life, affecting physical health, disrupting sleep, interfering with work or studies, impacting relationships, and leaving you feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
I draw on a detailed understanding of how anxiety shows up in the body and mind, to offer individually tailored therapy, designed to meet your specific goals and circumstances. I integrate clinically proven techniques with warmth and empathy, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
My aim isn’t just about managing the physical and cognitive symptoms (although we will do this as well!), but also to help you to create a different relationship with anxiety so that it doesn’t impact on you the same, by understanding your unique triggers, and reconnecting with what matters to you, with a sense of calmness and confidence.
