I’m part of the UK Sports Institute (UKSI) mental health practitioner network, supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of elite athletes across a range of sports. I’ve worked with athletes through challenges such as anxiety, low mood, burnout, injury recovery, and the emotional impact of selection, transition, and retirement.
I offer a confidential, supportive space where athletes can explore their experiences openly and without judgement. Using evidence-based psychological approaches, I help athletes build the tools they need to manage their mental health, boost their emotional resilience, and keep their wellbeing strong, both in sport and their personal life.
